I wanted to write one of those cute and concise lists that articulately summarizes all the wisdom I've gleaned so far in my life. "30 things I have learned at 30".
But it turns out I could only come up with a half a handful of things that I'm truly certain about.
Here they are:
Love.
We have an infinite capacity for it.
Reaching for the most loving vibration in every circumstance feels amazing, and makes available our greatest powers. I've never felt regret about anything I did out of love, only looked back with question on times I withheld it. Being a lover does not mean everyone will like you. Keep on loving. Some people think Love is dorky or frivolous. Those people probably need the most love. Doing things out of guilt is not the same as doing things out of love. If anyone tries to confuse you of that, love them from a more comfortable distance. It sounds cliche, but to put the most love "out there" you gotta know how to keep your own tank full first.
Eat Your Vegetables.Probably a good idea to invest in a quality juicer so you can drink them too. Drink Water also.
If You Desire Outstanding Results, You Must First Put In An Outstanding Effort.
Get super awesome at failure. That means being really stellar at learning, adapting, changing your approach, and mastering your communication with yourself. Listen To Your Heart. If you can't figure out what it is saying, you likely need to eat fresher vegetables, drink cleaner water, and take it dancing more often. Rest. Sleep. Mental Strength and Physical Strength are inexorably linked. Practice lifting heavy thoughts with your mind and heavy objects with your body. Courage, like everything else, is a muscle. You are 100% responsible for the life you are experiencing. If you take 99% responsibility for your creation, you are effectively taking 0%. You become what you focus on.
